How are Sublimation Baseball Jerseys Made?
Sublimation baseball jerseys are made using a special type of polyester fabric that has been treated with a special coating. This coating is what allows the dye to bond with the fabric, creating a vibrant and long-lasting print.
The design for the jersey is first created using specialized software, which allows for highly detailed and complex designs. Once the design is complete, it is printed onto transfer paper using a specialized sublimation printer. The transfer paper is then placed onto the jersey fabric and subjected to high heat and pressure, which causes the dye to sublimate and bond with the fabric.
